Last Wednesday I viewed part of a new exhibit at MIT's List Art Center. Despite being in the throes of putting it all together, the artist took us around and described his work. The following short video and accompanying text describes some of the exhibit.

Tavares Strachan: Orthostatic Tolerance
It Might Not Be Such a Bad Idea if I Never Went Home

The artist, Tavares Strachen, also created pieces that reflected his interest in the visible and the invisible—both scientifically and the effect on individuals who are not visible to others.

The exhibit combines art, science, mixed media—put together by an incredibly thought provoking artist.

Mixed media has/is also being explored by writers and poets—and publishers.
